Rudy’s wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have provided over 35 years of exceptional service to our customers and want your buying experience with us to be of the highest quality in the industry. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve your concern. If you need to return your product to us please make sure you get a Return Authorization Number from a sales associate before returning the product. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge and upon inspection; if your item is determined to be defective we will reimburse you for the shipping charge, equivalent to UPS Ground.

All items are inspected prior to shipping. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Guitars, basses and other instruments returned to us with pick marks, buckle rash, or evidence of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine the item has been abused or misused.

All returns must be in the original packaging with all the accessories, adapters and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.). Products such as software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, ear plugs, pitch pipes, harmonicas, talk boxes etc.), Special Orders, discontinued or closeout products and amplifiers are not returnable.
